| 内容記述 | 荷主と物流事業者が重視している物流サービスの範囲にはギャップがあることが従来から指摘され続けている。中小はもとより大手物流事業者にあっても過度な付帯サービスが要求されている現状がある。 本研究では、比較的大手輸送業者が担っている特積み輸送において実施した質問紙調査等をもとに、物流サービスとは何か、荷主（荷・着）と物流事業者がどう受け止めているかについて明らかにし、物流事業者における「サービスの範囲」を示し、発・着荷主の意向より今後の物流事業者の取るべき対策に役立てるための方向性を探った。 |

| 内容記述 | A gap is in "the range of the logistics service" that a logistics company makes much of with a shipper conventionally. There are the present conditions that excessive additional service is required in not only the small and medium size but also the major logistics company. We clarified how a logistics company took it with anything, a shipper with the logistics service based on the questionnaire survey to a relatively major carrier in this paper.
