| 内容記述 | 本研究は、下顎位の変化がヒトの直立姿勢時の身体重心動揺の"ゆらぎ"、ならびに抗重力筋筋活動にどの様な影響を及ぼすのかについて検討したものである。被験筋には、左右の側頭筋前部(Ta)、胸鎖乳突筋中央部(Sm)、僧帽筋後頸部(Tr)および腓腹筋外側部(Gm)の計8筋を採択した。被験下顎位は、習慣性閉口路上の咬頭嵌合位から下方2mmとした基準位(SP)と、SPから前方(AL)、左方(LL)、右方(RL)へ各2mm水平的に移動した位置とした。それぞれの下顎位で顎位保持装置を装着させて実験をした。その結果、下顎位の変化は身体重心動揺軌跡および抗重力筋筋活動量を変動させ、したがって全身状態に影響を及ぼすことが分かった。また、身体重心動揺の1/fゆらぎ解析が下顎位の診断パラメータとして有用であることも示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examined how changes in the mandibular position affect the "fluctuation" of the sway of the center of gravity of a human body in the standing posture as well as antigravity muscle activities. As the subject muscles, eight muscles were selected, the anterior regions of the right and left temporal muscles and left trapezius muscles (Tr), and lateral regions of the right and left gastrocnemius muscles(Gm). The mandibular positions included a standard position (SP), which was 2 mm below the intercuspation position on the path of habitual closure, and positions displaced horizontally by 2 mm from the SP anteriorly (AL), to the left (LL), and to the right (RL). Experiments were conducted with a jaw position-holding device fixed at each mandibular position. As a result, it was found that changes in mandibular position are responsible for the sway in the trajectory of the center of gravity of a body as well as the amount of antigravity muscle activity, and thus affect general conditions. In addition, it was indicated that l/f fluctuation analysis of the sway of the center of gravity of a body is a useful diagnostic parameter for the mandibular position. | |||||||||||||||||
