| 内容記述 | 平成26年度から、朝日大学歯学部に多肢選択問題に対応した採点・集計ソフトウェア「SSくんIII®」（教育ソフトウェア、東京）でマークカードを採点するシステムが導入された。このシステムでマークカードを読み取り、採点と同時に問題分析と解答分析に利用可能な各種のデータをテキスト出力し、表計算ソフトウェアで分析すれば、正答率の低い問題の傾向や学生個人の成績など、種々の情報を知ることができる。口腔解剖学分野で行う試験はすべてこのデータに基づいて試験結果を可視化した資料を作成し、分析を行っている。また、学生に対しては、学籍番号順に点数を羅列した成績一覧表を掲示するのではなく、可視化した試験結果を掲示している。しかし、これら資料の作成には、表計算ソフトの操作に習熟しているスタッフが行っても約1時間を要する。この作業時間を短縮し、誰でも容易に短時間で資料を作成できることを目的として、操作を自動化するマクロプログラムを開発した。このマクロプログラムを使用することにより、誰でもテキスト出力したデータから瞬時に可視化した成績情報を作成できるようになった。口腔解剖学分野では定期試験を含め、2学年だけで年間17回の多肢選択問題の試験を行っている。試験ごとにこのマクロプログラムを用いて、得点率順位順の成績表、正解と正答率、試験の平均点、および得点率ヒストグラムを作成して掲示し、学生が自分の成績を直感的に自己評価できるようにしている。試験成績の経時的変動の分析および学生へのアンケート結果から、可視化した試験情報の開示が、教員および学生双方のメタ認知を促し、教員にはPDCAサイクルを通した教育の継続的改善に、学生には学習意欲の向上に寄与することが判明した。習形式による繰り返し行う多肢選択問題の試験、直後に可視化した試験結果の開示と解説講義を行う教授方略は教育の質の改善に効果的であると考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Mark card decryption “SS kun III®”(Education Software, Tokyo) for multiple choice question-type examinations was introduced in Asahi University School of Dentistry in the academic year 2014. This system reads mark cards and scores and computes various reports to analyze questions and answers. Reports can be output in text format. Questions with a low percentage of correct answers can be identified, and text output reports for individual records can be analyzed using spreadsheets. Data from these reports are visible after each examination allowing feedback to faculty and students. These visible observations were made available via placard rather than an unintuitive list of scores enumerated in order of student ID numbers. However, it takes approximately 1 h to prepare the visible observations, even by a person familiar with spreadsheet software. Therefore, we developed a macro program system to make examination data automatically visible and allow observations to be prepared easily by anyone. Students complete multiple choice question-type examinations 17 times per year in the oral anatomy class. Using this macro program, students can be notified of the average score, all students’ scores in ranking order, correct answers, accuracy rate, and a histogram of scores after each examination. Thus, students can intuitively evaluate their score based on these notices. The analysis of examination result data and questionnaires showed that visible examination data accelerates faculty and students’ metacognition. Using the PDCA cycle, the faculty continually improves education, and students are encouraged to study. Repetitious multiple choice question-type examinations, releasing visualized examination result data, and lectures about examinations are considered to be effective in improving educational quality. | |||||
