| 値 | (概要）本研究は、施設高齢者を対象に開発したアセスメントシートについて、回復期病棟での有用性を検討した。回復期病棟に転院した高齢者は、「negative words and behaviors」「support from reliable people」「resolution of issues」などの5つの要因を抱えながら2週間以内に入院生活に適応しており、アセスメントシートの有用性が確認された。 | |||||
