| 値 | 前歯部開咬および反対咬合、下顎の右方偏位を伴うⅢ級症例に対し、上顎第二小臼歯と下顎右側第一・左側第二小臼歯を抜去して術前矯正治療を行った。術前矯正治療終了後、下顎枝矢状分割術による下顎の後方移動と左側への回転移動を行った。術後、顔貌の改善と緊密な咬合が得られた。保定開始後2年11か月経過後も安定した咬合を維持していた。 | |||||
