| 内容記述 | 目的：本研究は3 年次の看護学生（以下学生という）の看護観を分析し、学生の看護観がどのように変化し育成されているのか明らかにする。 方法：18名の学生を対象とし、質問紙調査を行い、質的帰納的に内容分析を行った。調査は、全領域の看護実習を修了した7月（6回目）と統合実習を修了した同年11月（7回目）であった。 結果：6回目の調査では、【対象のニーズを充足するための根拠に基づいた看護展開】【対象に寄り添う姿勢】などの5つのカテゴリが抽出された。7回目の調査では、【チーム医療の実践】【対象に寄り添い尊重する姿勢】など5つのカテゴリが抽出された。 結論：学生の看護観は、全領域実習や統合実習の特徴に合わせて変化し、形成されていた。実習を積み重ね、看護の場や対象が広がっていくことが、対象の捉え方と関わり方、看護実践内容に広がりと深まりをもたらし、学生の看護観として育成されていくと考えられた。 |

| 内容記述 | Objective: This research aims to analyze the nursing views of third-year nursing students and clarifies how the nursing views of students have changed and how they have been nurtured. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted comprising 18 students. The contents were analyzed qualitatively and inductively. The survey was conducted in July (6th) at the completion of nursing clinical practice in all fields and in November of the same year (7th) when the completion of nursing integrated practice. Results: In the 6th survey, five categories [such as nursing based on patient satisfaction and patient’s attitudes toward nursing] were extracted. In the 7th survey, five categories were extracted [these included team medical practice, and approaching and respecting the subject]. Conclusions: Students’ nursing views changed and formed according to the characteristics of nursing clinical practice in all fields and nursing integrated practice. The places of nursing and subjects will be expanded by accumulating practical training. This will provide nursing students with an in-depth knowledge of how to perceive the patients, to interact with them, and the contents of nursing practice. Consequently, it was thought that the students’ nursing views would be nurtured. |
