| 内容記述 | 物流事業者の現場での取り組みを進めるためには、荷主企業が物流業界の課題をどのように受けとっているかを把握することから着手し、今後の在り方を検討する必要性がある。トラックドライバーの労働条件は改善されておらず、物流事業者の今後の在り方を検討するには、まず物流業界の課題を把握することが重要である。その課題は物流事業者のみならず荷主にも関係するため荷主の調査は欠かせないが、従来荷主に対しての調査は少なかった。そこで本稿では、物流業界の現状と将来動向に対して荷主がどのような認識を持っているのかについて、2019年7-8月に調査した結果を報告する。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In order to promote efforts in the logistics business, it is necessary to start from understanding how shippers are receiving the problems in the logistics industry, and examine the future direction. The working conditions of truck drivers have not improved, and in order to examine the future of the logistics business, it is important to first grasp the problems of the logistics industry. The investigation of the shipper is indispensable, because the problem is related not only to the logistics business but also to the shipper. However, there have been few investigations on shippers. In this study, we report the results of an investigation into the perception of shippers regarding the current and future trends in the logistics industry. | |||||
