| 内容記述 | ここ数年間で配車業務に対する見方はスマートフォンなどのIT機器・クラウド化の普及によって変化した。今や配車業務は、AIに対するアプローチを全面的に見直すだけでなく、人材不足の問題を念頭とした各物流センターでの配車業務をどう調整すべきかの段階に入っている。これまでシミュレーション上で可能とされてきた理論がアルゴリズムの開発により、配車業務のあり方も含め再検討が必要である。配車業務の枠組みや重要性を前提にしながらも、情報技術によって変更可能な業務はどの部分かを判断すべき状況下にある。本研究では、AI配車を取り巻く環境を確認した上で、AI配車サービスを現在事業化している物流企業のタイプを示し、AI配車の今後の展開可能性についての市場規模を明らかにする。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Over the past few years, the way we look at vehicle dispatch operations has changed with the spread of smartphones and other IT devices and cloud computing. We are now at the stage of not only completely rethinking our approach to AI, but also how we should adjust our dispatch operations at each distribution center, keeping in mind the problem of human resource shortages. With the development of algorithms, it is necessary to reexamine the theories that have been considered possible in the past on the basis of simulations, including the nature of dispatching operations. While assuming the framework and importance of dispatching operations, we are now in a situation where we need to determine which parts of the operations can be changed by information technology. In this study, after confirming the environment surrounding AI dispatching, we will show the types of logistics companies that are currently commercializing AI dispatching services, and clarify the market scale for the future development potential of AI dispatching. | |||||
