| 内容記述 | CBTの得点（以下、CBT得点）結果と歯科医師国家試験の合否結果との関係については明らかになっていない。そこで、本研究では、歯学教育上の観点から、CBTの結果と歯科医師国家試験合格率（以下、合格率）との関係について明らかにすること、そして、歯学部学生と教員のために歯科医師国家試験に合格するための目安となるCBTの目標点を統計的に設定することを目的とした。資料は、朝日大学における直近6回（第109回～114回）の歯科医師国家試験を受験した学生のCBT得点とした。CBT得点に基づいて、①96-100点群、②91-95点群、③86-90 点群、④81-85点群、⑤76-80点群、⑥71-75点群、⑦66-70点群、⑧61-65点群および⑨0-60点群の9群と71点群から75点群の5群に分け、各群の合格率を算出した。その結果、①群から③群は100%、次いで④群は90.5%、⑤群は85.2%であった。一方、⑥群から⑨群は、順に、63.7%、50.0%、60.0%、30.0%と低値であった。⑥群を境に合格率が低値となっていたことから、その境目のCBT得点を明らかにするために、まず、⑥群を1点毎に5群に分けて検討した。その結果、各群の合格率は71点群から順に、50.0%、42.1%、73.7%、54.2%、88.5%であった。次に、受信者動作特性分析を行った。その結果、CBT得点の曲線下面積は0.809であった。また、Youden Indexに基づいた最適カットオフ値は74.50点であった。以上の結果から、朝日大学ではCBT得点が86点以上か否かで歯科医師国家試験に全員合格するかどうかの一つ目のボーダーがあり、次いで75点以上か否かで二つ目のボーダーがあるように考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The relationship between the result of Computer Based Testing (CBT) and pass result of the National Dentist Examination (NDE) remains unclear. From the educational point of view, this study aimed to determine if there is correlation between the score of CBT and pass rate of the NDE, and to set statistically the target score of CBT for dental students and faculty members who are teaching dentistry to students in order to pass NDE in Japan. The subjects of the study were just graduated from Asahi University School of Dentistry for the past six years from in 2016 to in 2021 and the CBT scores of theirs. The subjects were divided into nine groups (① 96-100, ②91-95, ③86-90, ④81-85, ⑤76-80, ⑥71-75, ⑦66-70, ⑧61-65, and ⑨0-60 groups) based on the scores of CBT. Subsequently, each pass rate of NED in these groups was calculated. The results were summarized as follows : The NDE pass rates of groups ①,② and ③ were 100%, the pass rate of group ④ was 90.5% and that of group ⑤ was 85.2%. The pass rates of groups ⑥, ⑦, ⑧, and ⑨ were 63.7%, 50.0%, 60.0% and 30.0%, respectively. Because the pass rates of groups from ⑥ to ⑨ were markedly less than those of groups from ① to ⑤ , it is thought that the pass rate of group ⑥ may be the boundary. Therefore, the group ⑥ was moreover separated into five small groups (71, 72, 73, 74, and 75) in order to define the boundary. The NDE pass rates of groups 71, 72, 73, 74 and 75 were 50.0%, 42.1%, 73.7%, 54.2%, and 88.5%, respectively. Furthermore, Area Under the ROC Curve (AUC) and Youden Index were analyzed by Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) analysis. As a result, AUC was 0.809 (p<0.05). The optimal cut off value of CBT scores evaluated by Youden Index was 74.50. In conclusion, our data suggest that there are two borders in the results of CBT of Asahi university students. One is 86 points or more because the all students, who scored 86 points or more on the CBT, could pass the NDE. The other is 75 points or more. | |||||
