| 内容記述 | 朝日大学歯学部2019年度頸部局所解剖セミナーにおける80歳男性（死因：陰茎癌）の遺体と2018年度解剖学実習における97歳男性（死因：非定型抗酸菌症）の遺体で舌骨下筋の破格筋が見られたので報告する。本症例における破格筋は2例とも鎖骨に起始し、舌骨に停止しており、正常な肩甲舌骨筋が存在した。しかし、前者は隣接筋との癒合はみられなかったのに対して、後者は舌骨側において肩甲舌骨筋との癒合がみられた。以上の所見から、両症例とも副鎖骨舌骨筋と判断した。一般的に舌骨下筋は変異が多いとされているなかで、副鎖骨舌骨筋は比較的稀と報告されている。遺体の頸部において両症例とも他の変異や疾患は特にみられなかった。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Two cases of atypical infrahyoid muscles were found in a 80-years-old Japanese male cadaver during cervix topographical anatomy seminar in 2019 and a 97-years-old Japanese male cadaver during anatomical dissection in 2018. Both cases arise from the clavicle and are inserted into the hyoid bone, but the former did not have an abnormal adhesion of two or more structures and the latter fused with the omohyoid muscle. From the above findings, both cases appeared to be accessory cleidohyoid muscle. Generally, it is known that a group of hyoid muscles sometimes show anomaly, but it is reported that the accessory cleidohyoid muscle is relatively rare among them. In the neck of these cadavers, both had no other anomaly or illness. | |||||||||||||||||||||
