| 内容記述 | 貨物自動車運送事業（特に貸切運送）にとっては、「積込み及び荷卸しにかかる荷待ち時間」が長時間労働の原因の一つとされている。国土交通省はこの現状を検証すべく平成27年度から「トラック輸送における取引環境・労働時間改善協議会」を全国的に組織し課題解消に向け取り組んでいるが、待機時間の解消はその中でも第一に考えなければならないものとして位置付けられている。また、待機場所についても、荷主から指定された場所が積込・荷卸場所と離れていたり、トラックを駐車できる場所がないなど課題は多い。そこで本研究では、トラック運送事業におけるトラックドライバーの長時間労働の実態と、待機時間削減に関する取り組みを検証、待機場所確保のための駐車スペース活用策について可能性を探った。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | In the motor truck transportation business (especially chartered transportation), ‘waiting time for loading and unloading’ is one of the causes of long working hours. In order to verify this situation, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has been working to resolve issues by organizing the “Trucking Environment and Working Hours Improvement Council” nationwide since FY 2015. However, elimination of waiting time is positioned as the first priority. The purpose of this study is to examine the actual situation of overtime work in the trucking business and how the waiting time can be shortened by securing parking lots. | |||||
