| 内容記述 | 慢性疾患をもつ子どもたちの疾患に関する自己開示の特徴を明らかにし、今後の看護支援への示唆を得るために文献レビューを行った。対象となった８つの文献を分析した結果、【発達段階により異なる】、【現在の病状や治療、またその捉え方が影響する】、【周囲のサポートや助言が影響する】、【開示の必要性を感じる】、【開示の必要性を感じない】、【隠していることが心理的に負担である】、【ジレンマを伴う】、【開示した後の状況を予測する】、【開示したことで、肯定的な体験をする】、【開示したことで、否定的な体験をする】、【開示しない】、【開示のきっかけがある】、【開示する相手、内容、タイミングを工夫する】、【開示の状況に満足している】という14の特徴が明らかになった。疾患をもつ自分に対する認識や自己開示に対する思いを十分にアセスメントし、自己開示について自己決定できるような看護支援の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||

An analysis of As a result of analyzing 8 documents revealed 14 characteristics of self-disclosure : [Varies depending on developmental stage], [Affected by current medical condition, treatment, and how to perceive it], [Support and advice from those around the patient are influential], [Feel the need to disclose], [Do not feel the need to disclose], [Hiding the chronic illness is a psychological burden], [With a dilemma], [Predict the situation after disclosure], [Have a positive experience with disclosure], [Have a negative experience with disclosure], [Not disclosed], [There is an opportunity for disclosure], [Be creative about to whom you disclose information, disclosure content, and disclosure timing], [Satisfied with disclosure status]. These findings suggest the need for nursing support that fully assesses patients’ self-awareness in terms of their disease and their feelings about self-disclosure. This support would allow patients to make decisions regarding self-disclosure. | |||||
