| 内容記述 | 荷主と運送事業者との取引に係る商慣行の領域は、長年課題とされてきたが、その関係性から未だ実効性のある対策が打ち出せない領域となっている。この物流商慣行は、手待ち時間などの付帯作業が実際の運送事業者の負担という形で現れる一方、荷主にとって現状の物流活動を維持するうえで不可欠な側面も併せ持っており、見直しは容易でない。しかしながら、公正な取引環境が強く求められている物流現場では、長時間労働等の問題が深刻化している。この論文では、荷主と運送事業者が対等な関係を築くための方策を示すために、今後の日本の物流分野における商慣行のあり方について示した。 The area of business practices related to the transaction between shippers and freight carriers has been considered as a long-standing issue, but from the relationship it is still not possible to set out effective measures. In this logistics business practice, supplementary work such as hand waiting time appears in the form of burden of actual carriers, but it also has an indispensable aspect for shippers to maintain current logistics activities and it is not easy to review. However, in logistics fields where a fair-trade environment is strongly demanded, problems such as long hours labor will become serious. In this paper, in order to show a strategy for shippers and freight carriers to establish an equal relationship, we studied future ways of business practice in the field of logistics in Japan. |
