| 内容記述 | メディア等でエイズに関する情報を得る機会が少なくなってきた昨今、将来歯科医療従事者になる者がHIV感染者・AIDS患者に対してどのような認識を持っているか、また認識が低下しているならばどのような教育を実施していくべきかを検討することは重要である。そこで本研究では基礎資料を得る目的で歯科衛生士専門学校生を対象として、2013年と2017年におけるエイズに関する認識を自記式質問票を用いて比較検討した。その結果、エイズに関する知識は、2013年と比べて2017年では感染原因や影響に関する正答率は増加したものの、感染の成立経路は正答率が下がっていた。エイズに関する意識は、2017年は2013年と比較して一般生活上および歯科業務上とも拒否的・否定的な考えを持つ者が少なくなっていたが、一方で自ら進んで感染者・患者をサポートしようと考える者は減少していた。今後はエイズに関し理解やサポートを自主的に行えるような教育を工夫する必要があると考えられた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Nowadays, there are fewer opportunities to get information about AIDS in the media. Therefore, it was considered important to know what people who would become dental care workers had the recognition of HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients. Moreover we should discuss how to educate, if their recognition was reduced. In this study, we compared the attitude, behavior, and knowledge regarding AIDS, in 2013 group (75) and in 2017 group (78), for students of dental hygienists, by means of a self-administered survey questionnaire. As a result, compared with the 2013 group in the 2017 group, the following was found out. 1. Although the knowledge on AIDS increased with regard to the cause of infection and the influence on HIV infection, many students did not answer correctly the pathway of HIV infection. 2. The attitude, behavior regarding AIDS, both on general life and on dental practice, there were fewer people with rejective or negative thoughts about AIDS. But there were few people to think that they intend to progressively support HIV-infected persons and AIDS patients. |
