| 内容記述 | 庫内作業は、多様な人材から構成される。荷役作業全般は不慣れであっても、時間の経過とともに、経験的に必要な作業を習得してしまい、作業者自身から問題化されることは少ない。ウクライナの方を含め言語的に直接意思疎通が図れない場合、作業の戸惑いが顕在しにくく、働きやすい作業環境のためには改善が必要である。そこで本研究では、阿吽の呼吸で働く現場において、不慣れな作業者の特性を把握し、言語に寄らず誰もが理解しやすいピクトグラムの活用案を提案する。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In-house work consists of diverse human resources. Even if a worker is unfamiliar with cargo handling in general, he or she has mastered the necessary work empirically over time, and it rarely becomes a problem for the worker himself or herself. When direct linguistic communication is not possible, including in Ukraine, it is necessary to improve the work environment in order to make it easier to work and to avoid confusion. Therefore, in this study, we grasp the characteristics of inexperienced workers in the field working with Aun’s breath, and propose the utilization of pictograms that are easy for everyone to understand regardless of language. | |||||||||||||
