| 内容記述 | フッ化物洗口法は、フッ化物濃度250、450ppmを用い、週5回法とフッ化物濃度900ppm、週1回法が行われている。現在では、フッ化物濃度450ppm、週1回法が行われているところが多くなっているが、この方法によるう蝕予防効果を示したものが見られない。本研究は、フッ化物濃度450ppm、週1回法のう蝕予防効果を明らかにする目的で、学校歯科健康診査結果を用いて実施した。研究対象は、幼稚園、保育園からフッ化物濃度250ppm、週5回法で実施、小・中学校で450ppm、週1回法を実施した生徒名と小学校から250ppm、週5回法を小学校で実施し、中学に進学した生徒名、ならびに小・中学校では全くフッ化物洗口を実施していない生徒名である。これら生徒の小学校から中学校1年生（12歳児）までのDMF者率、DMFT index、第一大臼歯のDMFT rate、歯種別DMFT rate、小学校入学時既萌出および未萌出第一大臼歯のDMFT rateの比較からう蝕予防効果を検討した。小学校で250ppm、週5回法、および幼稚園、保育園からフッ化物濃度250ppm、週5回法で実施、小・中学校で450ppm、週1回法を実施した生徒では、高いう蝕予防効果が認められた。また、幼稚園、保育園からフッ化物濃度250ppm、週5回法で実施、小・中学校で450ppm、週1回法を実施した生徒は、小学校で250ppm、週5回法および全くフッ化物洗口を行わなかった生徒に比較して、高いう蝕予防効果を認めた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | As fluoride mouth rinsing, some methods are used such as mouth rinsing with 250 or 450ppm fluoride five times a week, or 900 ppm fluoride weekly. Although it has increased to use the method mouth rinsing 450ppm fluoride weekly, it has not been shown that this method has cariostatic effect. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effectiveness of weekly mouth-rinsing with 450 ppm fluoride by using the results of dental health check in schools. The research was conducted to three children groups : The children who were mouth rinsed with 250ppm fluoride five times a week from in nursery school or kindergarten and with 450ppm fluoride weekly in elementary and junior high schools : The children who were mouth rinsed with 250ppm fluoride five times a week from in elementary school : The children who were not mouth rinsed in elementary nor in junior high school. In these children groups (pupils ranged from in elementary school to 12 years old), the cariostatic effect was examined by comparing the rates of DMF, DMFT index, DMFT rate of maxillary first molar teeth, DMFT rate depending on the tooth type, DMFT rate of erupted and un-erupted maxillary first molar teeth when they enter elementary school. In the group which were mouth rinsed with 250ppm fluoride five times a week from in nursery school or kindergarten and with 450ppm fluoride weekly in elementary and junior high schools, it was shown to have a high cariostatic effect. Moreover, this group was admitted to have higher cariostatic effect compared to the other two groups : the group mouth-rinsed with 250ppm fluoride five times a week since in elementary school and, the group not mouth-rinsed in elementary nor in junior high school. | |||||
